General Terms of Service

It applies to all services of BlueAngelHost . i,e Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Hosting and Domain Registration.

If in doubt regarding the acceptability of your site or service, please contact us at support@blueangelhost.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.
  • Any website found to host or otherwise sponsor material that supports terrorism will be suspended immediately without notice.
  • Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.
  • We do not support trafficking, sharing or selling online stolen credit card, bank account, PayPal or other sensitive financial information under any circumstances.
  • Any service under our hosting environment found being used for hosting fraudulent carding systems will be suspended immediately without notice.
  • Any service found to be purposely used for phishing information or other similar malicious use on our network, will be immediately suspended without notice for breach of terms of services.
  • Do not be involved in any kind of DDOS attacks or Hacking Activities.
  • Illegal Pharmacy Sites selling unapproved drugs (e.g., falsified medicines, counterfeit drugs, or drugs unapproved for sale) are not allowed.
  • Harassment, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages.
  • IRC Scripts/Bots
  • Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
  • IP Scanners , Lottery/Gambling Sites
  • Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
  • Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
  • File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to Rapidshare)
  • Any kind of Fraudulent Sites, phishing sites, Malicious sites, Carding sites are strictly not allowed.
    • b. Allowed Content
  • Websites or Forums with warez linking is allowed means You can link to remote file upload sites like RapidShare, MegaUpload and others.
  • All kind of Adult or non adult tube sites with embed codes / linking is allowed
  • Adult-oriented sites, pornography and sex related content are allowed except child porn
  • Hosting of Nulled scripts and software is allowed but we strongly suggest to buy a paid copy of script.

    • VPS Hosting

    This Terms of Service is for all VPS Plans, either Linux or Windows
  • Do not be involved in criminal or fraudulent activity: child porn, phishing, carding, hacking, network scanning, botnet administering, etc. from our servers
  • Warez is allowed but If your hosted content is violating Bulgaria Laws we maybe ask you to remove your content.
  • We do not allow any kind of email marketing on VPS servers, i.e hosting of softwares like PowerMTA, Interspire, Mail bomber, SendBlaster e.t.c is strictly prohibited. If we find anyone violating it, his/her VPS will be instantly terminated with out any warning/notification.
  • VPS can be used for hosting or storage of Audio / video content Examples: Movies, MP3s, Software, Games or Warez Sites.
  • We do allow IRC on our VPS accounts and Dedicated Servers.
  • Clients are not allowed to use more than their burstable RAM, if a client repeatedly overloads their VPS’s burstable RAM then that client will be required to upgrade to the next level up of a VPS. Using more than your burstable RAM will cause your VPS to crash. In addition, clients using their Burstable RAM more than 80% of the time will also be required to upgrade to a higher level VPS, to help keep VPS usage fair among clients. VPS accounts may also not exceed a 15 minute load average greater than two (2) times the amount of CPU cores given.

    • Dedicated Servers

  • Do not be involved in criminal or fraudulent activity: child porn, phishing, carding, hacking, network scanning, botnet administering, etc. from our servers
  • We do not allow any kind of email marketing activity or any other kind of SPAM from our servers. Hosting of spamvertised sites and DNS servers used for SPAM is strictly prohibited.
  • If you list the server IPV4 address into blacklists such as SBL, CSS, DBL, PBL, Barracuda, Spamcop, Sorbs, Rats, UCEPROTECTL1, UCEPROTECTL2, UCEPROTECTL3 e.t.c we will suspend your services permanently without any notification and no Refund will be given to you.
  • We don’t allow any kind of DDOS attacks from our servers.
  • Transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that harasses another Internet user.
  • Causing or attempting to cause security breaches or disruptions of Internet communications. Examples of security breaches include but are not limited to accessing data of which the customer is not an intended recipient, or logging into a server or account that the customer is not expressly authorized to access. Examples of disruptions include but are not limited to port scans, flood pings, packet spoofing and forged routing information.

    • Enforcement

    BlueAngelHost . may immediately suspend and/or terminate the customer’s service for violation of any provision of this policy upon verbal or written notice, which notice may be provided by voicemail or Email. Prior to suspension or termination, BlueAngelHost . attempts to work with our customers to cure violations of this policy and ensure that there is no re-occurrence; however, BlueAngelHost . reserves the right to suspend or terminate based on a first offense.
