We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all VPS Hosting services. Refunds exclude the cost of third-party licenses such as cPanel, Softaculous, or Litespeed, which are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Managed VPS Hosting plans are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to a $10 USD deduction to cover setup costs. Refunds do not apply to add-on licenses such as Litespeed.
Refunds are not available for monthly Dedicated Hosting plans. For longer-term plans (Quarterly, Semi-Annually, and Annually), refunds for unused months may be issued. Refunds are available if a hardware or network failure, caused by us, renders your server unavailable for more than 72 hours. Third-party license costs are excluded from refunds.
Due to the nature of these services, refunds are not available for domain registration, transfer, or renewal fees.
